1. Services

PenTest.Gold provides enterprise-grade penetration testing, security audits, executive vulnerability assessments, and related information security services.

2. Engagement Terms

All services are provided under individual engagement agreements. Pricing, scope, and deliverables are defined in each engagement's Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Confidentiality

All engagements are conducted under mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and findings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Authorization

Clients must have proper authorization for all systems and facilities to be tested. Testing without authorization is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
